Wasn't sure what to expect but this helps with pain and stiffness. I am an artist and my hands get stiff from carpal tunnel and this helped a lot with the pain! Very easy to use, keeps it's charge well. Comes with a cord to charge it.

Very excited!
Having a foot injury, I really wanted to give this a go on my injured foot. Time will tell if it heals faster. But for now, I'm enjoying the mild heat from the infrared light. Fits my hand, fits my foot. Great! So far, so good!
