Good Motion Detection. App easy to use.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this doorbell because my wired doorbell was broken and I didn't want to run new wiring. Plus, I already own several Wyze cameras. This seemed like a good wireless doorbell option. I like how it has 2 cameras, one of which can detect packages.Storage capacity:The storage capacity is based on the micro SD card you install. Or, If you subscribe to Wyze, your videos are saved to the cloud. Motion detection:You can adjust the sensitivity of the motion and the range of motion through the Wyze app. The higher the sensitivity and longer the range, the more often you'll need to recharge the batteries. Also, you can adjust the length of the videos in the app. With medium sensitivity, detection just in front of the door (not sidewalk, or street), and the camera set for 1 min, the battery will last over a month before having to recharge. Sound quality:The sound quality picking up voices is OK. If the doorbell detects motion, You can adjust it to have a voice in the app say something like, "You are being recorded." The sound coming from the speakers is adequate.Night vision:Good night vision. Picture quality:It has decent picture quality.Brightness:The light quality is good. You can adjust those settings in the app.Overall, Im happy with this Wyze Duo wireless doorbell. Motion detection is very good and the app is easy to use. My only complaint is you can't use continuous recording if it's not wired. But, I believe this doorbell camera has an option to hard wire it to your existing doorbell wires.

Great camera doorbell
Super easy install, great image and color accurate. Love the package camera feature. Easy to set up detection zones to only get alerts you want. Paired easily with chime so you can get alerts even without phone. Seems well made at the price point and should hold up under my covered porch.

Buy a wifi repeater if you use this very far from your router/modem
Does not pick up wifi very well. Phone has 3 of 4 wifi bars while this wont connect 80 foot from my wifi router and a wooden exterior door... Plan on buying a wifi repeater if you buy this. Battery drain is extremely fast (5 or 6 days) on high sensitivity while charge time is extremely slow (4+ hours). Wyze has a lot of great products, but I'm surprised they went so cheap on the wifi chip. You might turn down the sensitivity to extend battery life.Edit #1: Battery life improved with the wifi repeater just inside the door. 2 days dropped 11%. Hooking up the door bell low voltage power plug adapter cord tomorrow to utilize the continuous record feature that isn't feasible running on battery alone. I'll update this review as more develops.Edit #2: Battery life improved to 4% drain over about 15 hours. Not sure if it was the better signal from the wifi repeater placed closer to the door (breezeway) or if an update made the camera use less battery. Bumped up to 4 stars after getting the low voltage power adapter so now no need for battery and can utilize the continuous record feature like I've been enjoying with my Wyze PTZ 3 cams. 1 of my PTZ3 is well into its 2nd year, mounted to our light pole in the sun/rain/elements and on "scan" moving left and right all this time (On the PTZ cams, I cover the micro SD slot with electrical tape on the to get them to last so long. Might be my last update to this review as I'm satisfied with the peformance of the door cam after the minor obstacles optimizing wifi/power adapter.

Original and warranty cameras unable to read/write to any SD cards
This one star review can be changed if this issue is resolved...I bought this camera along with a 256gb Samsung micro SD card that designed for security cameras (their exo line?) I followed the directions for the doorbell camera to reset to factory settings and format the sd card on my PC (PC both read the SD card perfectly fine and could write to it without issue) and then put in the battery and update the firmware then I pulled the battery out once it was complete and had rebooted. I inserted the SD card into the camera, then the battery and before I could remount the doorbell I got an error on the app saying the SD card could not be read or written to and it needed to be formatted. So I told the app to format it. Success! Another notification... The SD card could not be read or written to. Formatted again and took it out and put it back in the PC. Moved several different types of files to it no problem. Brought the SD card to my laptop and pulled the files off no problem. Formatted the sd card on my laptop inserted into the camera. Notification... Decided to confirm it's the doorbell and not the SD card or vice versa. Found an old SanDisk SD card (32gb) that I had used for a photography camera years ago. Formatted. On pc Inserted in camera. Formatted via app. Could not read or write to that SD card either... Okay, well maybe it literally broke just now?? Popped it back in the old Sony camera and took 2 photos and uploaded them to my PC with a cable from the camera with the SD card in it still. No issue. Confused, but confirmed that the doorbell cam was not reading/writing SD cards... YES, the slider in the app was slid to the correct position.Called Wyze. They wanted to do all the troubleshooting I already did. Did it anyway to humor them. Maybe there's a step that I missed somehow. Nope. All the same steps. Still didn't work. They no longer have the black doorbell model in stock (at the time) just the silver (again ... at the time) annoyed I accept the different color model that matches nothing else and stands out in an unappealing way. I receive it I swap them out and follow the instructions again. Test the SD card. Notification. Cannot read/write to SD card. Format in the app. Cannot read/write to SD card.I read some firmware patch notes about SD card compatibility updates they made on an older firmware patch. Meaning by the time I received the doorbell cam, the update was already applied and I should already have the new compatibility update. Okay... Maybe I HAPPENED to have TWO COMPLETELY incompatible SD cards for this camera somehow??? Against my better judgment I'm ordering a Wyze branded SD card which I'm sure will be terribly slow and super low quality. If it fails to read/write as well, then that tells me that it's another broken camera I received in place of the first warranty replacement. There's no reason two Wyze branded products would be incompatible with one another when those generic components are literally made to fit together. I actually came back here to see if I was still within my return window with Amazon and unfortunately I am not for the doorbell not for the SD card. So my only other option is to try to make it work or sign up for the cloud service and forget attempting to use an SD card altogether.I accept the parts of my problems here that are my fault. Waiting too long to attempt to resolve this. Maybe I could've somehow triple checked and verified against 3 or 4 sources for SD card compatibility in case that really is the whole issue???I completely blame Wyze for everything else. Why would your camera not working with all SD cards? Why would it be so complicated to add that detail in the programming? I mean Samsung is a MAJOR brand! At least cover the BIG NAMES in tech if you want to only keep a short list of compatible memory cards. I don't like to take time out of my day to leave scathing reviews, so please trust that when I took the time to write out this NOVEL, it's because I thought it was WORTH my time to WARN people about it.
