Bodyprox Elbow Brace 2 Pack for Tennis & Golfer's Elbow Pain Relief

Highly recommend. The pad is larger than other models I’ve tried. I was diagnosed with a tennis elbow a few months ago, and this has been a game changer in terms of pain and allowing my arm time to heal. I have very sensitive skin and wear it all day with zero irritation or discomfort. You do need to make sure you position it correctly on your arm to get the most benefit.

Works great. Wide pad makes proper placement easier. Comfortable to wear and effective.

Helps with my elbow pain while working out. Only complaint, a little bulky.

Works well. Stays in place. It isn’t an instant cure but does take the stress off the relevant muscles to let the elbow joint relax and heal. I wear during day and even while sleeping but not to play. In my case, cutting down on frequency of play but still playing thanks in part to the brace.

It does seem to help with the pain. It’s “man” sized, on my smaller forearm it looks really bulky. I don’t like that part. It also seems to slide around on me. It wasn’t expensive so I’ll give it a good shot. Wish it could be in women’s sizes.

Il materiale è leggero e traspirante, non fa sudare e si può indossare comodamente anche per diverse ore. La fascia è regolabile e permette di trovare facilmente la giusta compressione senza stringere troppo. Li uso sia durante l’attività sportiva sia nella vita quotidiana e il dolore al gomito si è ridotto sensibilmente già dopo pochi giorni. Ottima anche la presenza della confezione da due pezzi, utile se si hanno entrambi i gomiti affaticati o per avere un ricambio. Per il prezzo pagato, la qualità è davvero buona. Consigliati a chi pratica sport come tennis o palestra, ma anche a chi soffre di dolori al gomito per lavoro o studio.

I never write reviews because a) I generally can’t be bothered and b) I don’t generally get overexcited by anything because c) I am generally very lazy. One thing I do though is go to the gym daily and lift weights. I’ve had tennis elbow in both arms which I got from playing goalkeeper where I give the impression of diving about a lot and landing on my arms, when in reality I am just seeking to have a bit of a lie down and to get my energy back. The pain in my arms has been tortuous. I’ve been wearing compression sleeves at the gym which only allowed me to lift weights but still with the intense pain. It would get worse at night and I’d wake up every hour with that sickening stiffness in both arms. Sleep is very important to me and I’ve probably only been going about 2 hours a night. I ordered these and got the notification they had arrived when I was at the gym. Upon finishing my arms were murder and so I put these on once I got home. I can honestly say that the pain reduction is in the region of 80%. I really can’t believe it. Delayed writing a review to see how they helped through the night = hardly any pain. Easy to put on and I’ve not had any issues with Velcro irritating the skin like some others. Probably took about 3 adjustments to get them to hit the sweet spot where they were most effective. For me it’s about 2 inches below the elbow. Eventually realised they are best on the forearm muscle and tightened so that there was a little discomfort in that muscle. Eventually the straps loosen that muscle and do the job perfectly. I can’t believe how well they work and I was really sceptical. They are life changing for me and to have the pain limited to just a minor irritation is what I prayed for. No idea if they help to eliminate it over time but I will be wearing these 24/7. Buy them. For £12 it’s almost criminal how cheap they are based on what they do to help.
