Love this, finished unpacking it then jumping on it literally 2 minutes ago! It feels so soft and cuddly! I can't wait to sleep tonight and hopefully finally get a decent nights sleep. I'd normally weight till I use the item, but got so excited at the prospect of a happy sleep tonight 😊 if you don't hear from me tomorrow you know all was good 👍So I read alot of reviews about how heavy and hard to unpack it was. This almost put me off, but I'm glad a persevered. It half the weight of my previous mattress which was thinner and very easy to move around if you do it right- logically. I'm normally terrible (rip the box apart terrible) at unpacking things! However a good mattress is of such importance to me atm that clarity just came all at once hahaha :)Ok so let me suggest for 1 (or 2) person unpacking:1. Take the package into your bed room and next to the bed base2. Open one end of the box, tilt the box and the vacuum wrapped mattress will fall out. Put the mattress in the plastic on top of the bed base as though it would just roll into position should the plastic magically disappear!3. Now there is an outer plastic wrapped around the vacuum bag, something like cling foil. This is taped at one end to the vacuum bag. Roll the wrapped mattress along the bed base until you find the tape and gently untape..there was three pieces on mine, both ends and middle. The roll the mattress again until you roll the outer plastic off.5. Now the magic happens! The mattress is now in the last packaging of the vacuum bag. NO NEED TO CUT! It's an adhesive vacuum bag. So one end is stuck a bit like an envelope. Find this and unstick it!Pull the vacuum bag of and your done. My mattress immediately inflated at the point. Decided to purchase this because of the good reviews it had. I'd like to join the list of happy customers. I received the mattress on next day delivery and gave it 48 hours expansion time. It's very pleasing to look at without the bedding, I love and prefer the grey colour to white. Haven't had a full night sleep on it, that will be tonight, I did however have a tester - ended up taking a nanna nap it was so comfy. I suggest if using fitted sheets you need to have the deeper ones. Its thickness needs the extra room. I can only describe it being extremely supportive and soft, it's not sink into soft, still holds its firmness. It comes with a warranty of 10 years which I've registered, that's an impressive warranty !!The price was budget for, I feel, top range quality.

This mattress really does make a huge difference to my sleep. I previously had one from the Swedish furniture store and they don't compare in any way. My other mattress looks awful in comparison and its nearly new. This one is thick, soft, comfortable and very heavy. It looks excellent quality and well made. I did look at other expensive mattresses like the Simba and Emma but decided on this one after reading the good reviews on this.It comes compact in a small box and is very heavy but amazing to watch it all unfold.I definitely recommend this mattress, I bought it as I have had backache and neck pain and this mattress has cured my issues.As with all hybrid mattresses, this has springs and foam on top for extra support. It does not make a noise when you roll over in bed and has worked wonders on my menopause symptoms. My teenage daughter has autism and bounces on it but this makes no noise and I know it will last years.

I bought this mattress and so far it has been amazing. It’s medium firm and somehow soft which is great. It looks nice as well. I got the deeper mattress and it looks like a hotel mattress which is great. Sleeping on it is so nice and finally makes falling asleep easier.

We’ve had this mattress for a few weeks and I can confirm this is a great quality mattress, sturdy, a good thickness and extremely comfortable. The firmness of the mattress provides a very comfortable sleep.The price paid means it is also really great value for money.

Good value for money. Changed to a King Size bed so our 4'6 emma mattress no longer fitted. 5foot Emma to exspensive to checked out other options. For some reason this stood out from the others. Let it expand as requested for 72hrs (Amazingly comes in a 1ft square box!!) Wasent sure as its a complete change from the Emma but for the price its well worth buying. Funny but its soft and firm at the same time. Glad i went for this one, 12year gaurantee if you register, go for it.
