Frankly speaking, it is too early to comment. I have used it twice but did not notice any reduction in rat activity.

Having tried numerous products and spent over 50K on repairing damages to the car, started trying this one last week. They seem to take a liking to pertol cars - had the entire airconditioning tubes bitten away the first time followed by the petrol pipes. This one seems to have kept the nasty rats away. Though it is early days yet. Thankfully not full of harmful chemicals. The peppermint oil does give a nice fragrance. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping this will work. I have sprayed it around the car on the ground rather than in the engine compartment as I am a bit worried about spraying an oil based product around the engine. Has anyone else tried spraying this around the engine? Will provide an update in a few weeks.

I had high expectations, but this item turned out to be a complete disappointment. Not only did it fail to repel a single rat, it didn't even make an attempt to work. I followed all the instructions—proper placement, timing, usage—but the rats continued to roam freely, completely unaffected. No effectiveness at all – zero deterrent. False claims – absolutely no noticeable impact. Waste of money – I regret buying this. If you're considering this product to solve a rat problem, look elsewhere. This one is a total scam.
