I was disappointed with this nasal dilator. It wasn’t as helpful or effective as I expected, barely made a difference for breathing at night.

発想は良いのですが、私にはサイズ的に合いませんでした。鼻腔を広げたいのですが、少し痛くなりグッスリと眠れなかった。アイデアとしては悪くない商品だと思います。

The best thing about this product is that it is adjustable. You can bend the differents parts indepediently and adjust them separately to use it according to each nostril's opening. Doing this, the device is secure inside your nose and stays there all the time, day and night. This nasal dilator helps me a lot with my boxer nose. Five stars all the way.

朝起きて外れてたりする事や潰れて形が歪んでることがあるのが残念。 つけてる間は鼻の穴が拡張されてる感じはあります。
