It has a firm, solid feel
I'm a very restless sleeper. I sleep on my back, front, left side and right side. If I had another side I'd sleep on that too. This pillow stays comfortable regardless of my position. I used to bunch up my pillows during the night depending on which side I was sleeping on at any given time. Now the pillow stays put. It has a firm, solid feel while it conforms to my head and neck. I wake up in the morning feeling good. I love it. BTW, you can remove the pillow case it comes with and replace it with your own standard pillow case, if you prefer.

Best neck pillow I’ve tried!
This pillow is super soft but still gives great support. The contour shape really helps my neck stay in a natural position, and I wake up without pain. The cooling fabric is a bonus — no more flipping the pillow at night. Great for side and back sleepers!

One of the few foam pillows that isn’t hard as a rock
I’ve always had neck and shoulder pain in the morning from poor pillows I’ve slept on in the past and was initially skeptical of this pillow as I’ve been disappointed with foam pillows before but I was pleasantly surprised by this pillow. It didn’t completely get rid of my neck pain overnight, but I notice it has been lessening overtime and my neck and shoulders crack less than they normally do.

Pillow wasn't for me
Starts off comfortable after 5 minutes feels way too hard. Little bit flat for me. I returned it.

Best neck pillow (I’ve found)
I have a couple of degenerative discs and some arthritis in my neck. Sometimes my neck gets inflamed and I can’t sleep. I had a firm standard pillow and moved to a wavy gel neck pillow, but recently I saw a YouTube video on an improved style of cervical pillow that they recommended highly. There are many brands on Amazon, but I picked this one. I don’t know if one brand is better than another, but this style is a definite improvement. There is a bowl shape in the middle that sits on top of a thin gel pillow (all one piece). The bowl is where your head rests. The edges of the bowl can be adjusted to just the right height to support your neck and it doesn’t matter if you sleep on your back, side, or stomach. For stomach sleepers, you can put your face down in the bowl and breathe through a hole in the bottom. Kinda like a massage table. I found I would always turn my head to the side… and wake up with a sore neck. So stomach sleeping doesn’t work for me even on this pillow. But back and side sleeping is very good. So nice not to wake up stiff and sore. The key is the design of the edges of the bowl. On your back, your head tilts back in the bowl and you can feel the neck pressure release. On your side, the bowl edge fits under your chin and all the pressure is released. There is an insert inside the pillow to raise/lower it’s base. The cover comes off for washing, but I just use it in a standard pillow case. It fits easily. Also, one side of the bowl edge is slightly higher so that’s another adjustment, turn the pillow around. It’s no doubt a little weird looking. But for a person with cervical issues this is no gimmick. Sometimes when my neck is good for a few days I switch out this pillow for one of my traditional old ones. Recently I’ve not done this for more than one night before going back to the new style. As I finished this review, Amazon asked me to rate the pillow’s comfort. This is something you should know. Above I said I sometimes switch back to my old pillows. The reason for that is probably comfort. This new pillow wouldn’t work very well if you moved your head out of the bowl. It’s designed to keep your head in position to support your neck. That’s a little restrictive. It takes some getting used to. But it trains you. If you leave the sweet spot, the pain comes back. It’s a small price to pay to relieve neck pain and to perhaps slow the progression of the disease. It seems that way to me. I’m not making any medical claims. But I’m giving it 4 stars for comfort. It’s a restrictive comfort by design.

Great for about 3 weeks
For the first 3 weeks, this pillow was fantastic. And then it started to go flat.

Worth the money
Recently had back surgery, this pillow goes with me everywhere! The only thing that I can comfortably lay on. Also bought another for my boyfriend, he loves it. Replaced 3 regular bed pillows. Definitely worth the money.

Best pillow
I didn’t realize how much a pillow could change the way I sleep — until I tried this one.It kept me cool all night, supported my neck perfectly, and I actually woke up without a single crease on my face. I felt rested and looked fresh — like I finally got real beauty sleep.Definitely one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference.
