Kinesiology Tape 10 inches Precut, 20 Strips, Cotton Elastic Athletic Tape Latex Free, 2in x 16ft, Beige

There have been times when I could barely walk until I put the tape on. I like this brand because the price has been excellent and it performs well. I have tried other brands which are thicker but I have had a mild allergic reaction to some of them. If you have not used the tape before it is important to check out the various taping patterns for specific areas of the body. It is important to read and follow the instructions for applying the tape. There are some places you need to stretch the tape and some where you do not. Also if you do not rub the tape on application it may not stay on. This tape comes in a variety of colors if that is important to you. I have found that an application stays on 2 to 3 days even with showering. But it is also important not to leave a given application on too long. It can start to develop reddening around the area and itching.

I ordered this OK Tape as recommend by a skin care youtube. She has as using it for her number 11’s between her brows. I am 62, and it seems new lines were appearing weekly. I could no longer use Frownies, as they caused new wrinkles instead of reducing existing ones. A couple of years ago, deep vertical wrinkles above my upper lip emerged. I've been very self conscious about it, and NOTHING has helped, until I began using this tape. After the first overnight use, (cutting a strip of tape to fit over those vertical lines), I was absolutely astounded at the difference when I removed the tape. Wow! The depth of the wrinkles was noticeably improved. I used to run my fingers across those deep wrinkles, and I could feel each one. Now, I do not feel any wrinkles. If you try this tape for wrinkle reduction, remember not to pull the skin. Simply cut the size needed and apply. The OK Tape has a great adhesion. Its easy to use and cut to the appropriate sizes needed. The backing peels with ease. It comes in a variety of colors. The big roll is a great value for the money. Highly recommended

Works great, so sticky it stayed on for the 3 days I used them, including showering, working out, etc. The only problem is that it's SO sticky, it leaves residue behind that won't come off for weeks. It hurts so badly to remove them if they're not coming off on their own. I had to take them off after 3 days becuase I was going to a wedding and they would show, it felt like I was ripping my skin off, then the residue stayed there (looking gross and dirty) for literally weeks. There's worse problems to have with kinesiology tape than "it stays on well," but the pain of taking it off isn't really worth it for me.

Great Product for injuries

The tape is very flexible, easy to cut if needing a smaller size than 10 inches, and stays in place even after a night's sleep. This fabric tape is light weight and comfortable, which allows for a great fit against the skin and when used on my knee, it helped stabilize the area and gave me some pain relief. Color is bright as pictured.

Easy to use. Good value but it hurts a lot when I tried to remove it from my knees…🥲🥲 very sticky

Great product

I originally bought a different brand because I was becoming desperate from the pain and numbness in my hands. I couldn’t work or do my chores around the house. I couldn’t even relax. I used a YouTube video as a guide, and I was totally shocked by the instant relief. And my hands and forearms had felt so weak/fragile, but the tape made them feel so perfectly supported. It’s changed my life. I tried braces, but they never felt as supportive. They felt more restrictive, but my hands and arms still felt weak/fragile, for lack of a better word. I bought this brand because it was good price and I wanted black, and this brand is WAY better than the first brand I bought. This one actually stays on through showering, hand washing, and general chores. The other brand I bought always came off 70% during a shower. I’m ordering two more rolls now! If you have hand, wrist, or arm pain and/or numbness and you’re at your wits end, give this a try. I thought it was nonsense when I heard about it years ago, but the relief and support was literally instant. It felt like I pretty much had normal hands again. I feel silly for not giving it a try sooner. Make sure to follow a good YouTube guide, and possibly get someone to help you cause it can be tricky to apply with one hand. But it gets easier with practice! Also, I’m not sure I understand rating a product low because you personally have an allergy to the adhesive. That’s like saying peanuts are bad because you have a peanut allergy. It is unfortunate that some people have allergies to adhesives. But obviously a tape that stays on oil producing skin for multiple days must have a very strong adhesive, and that will be irritating for some people. That does not make it a bad product. It is understandable to make people aware that it may irritate their skin, but to rate it one star because of it is kind of selfish in my opinion. It’s common knowledge that any adhesive can cause skin irritation. So if you have sensitive skin or have had contact irritation in the past, it’s a good thing to keep in mind. Otherwise, I wouldn’t worry about it. Just pay attention to how your skin feels, and if anything feels odd, get some baby oil or cooking oil, and remove the tape. Simple. I, and clearly thousands of others, have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Giving low ratings for something that isn’t a product quality issue, but rather a personal use/compatibility issue, is an annoying thing I see on the reviews of many products.
