Don't care to write reviews as everyone differs in how they perceive or expect an item to be and doesn't meet their expectations for whatever reason. Some love an item some just don't. I am writing this review for the simple fact it fits my naturally thick thighs. So hard to find these bands for the thicker girl. I have bought about 4 others from different brands. I was so happy when I could put them around my thighs and tested with squats and lunges and they stood in place didn't hear them releasing from the velcro. Extremely happy with this product and appreciate the quality and the length provided to fit almost any size thighs. So thank you cause I do heavy and lift hard these help with more booty gain.

Occulsion training is new to me, so I was not sure what to expect. However, when I received these bands, I was thrilled to discover that they are made of sturdy materials and adjustable to fit just about anyone. I have always had larger thighs, but someone like my sister might have a little more difficulty because her thighs are very small and these would probably wrap several times around her legs. The velcro is quality and the bands themselves are wide and firm--meaning they are not going to buckle under pressure.

I arrived on time I really needed it and having it is everything I expected you can see results quickly my buttocks were down and with exercise and thanks to them I have managed to lift them I loved their color and that they came in a bag I loved it I recommend it

I have tried numerous other bands and none of them have come close to these! These are defiantly and must have for anyone who is on their fitness journey! They are comfortable, durable, and can be worn for more that just work outs! I put mine on to clean the house, do yard work, and even when I’m just going for a walk! One week in and I can already see the difference!!

These booty bands are perfect and I’ve already noticed a difference. They don’t slip down, easy to move around in and they fit my thighs. The bands are super sturdy and great quality. They are comfortable, easy to put on and adjust. These booty bands definitely changed my workout routine, it put a lot of focus on my glutes and all the muscles in the area without my leg muscles taking over. The color is really pretty and great price.

I have tiny legs and I can actually get these tight as heck. I've never felt anything in my butt when I squat but these actually activate my gluten which, for some reason, are usually bypassed when I squat lol
