I’m really impressed with Gruns Multivitamins! They taste great and are super easy to chew, which makes them perfect for kids who normally refuse to eat vegetables. The only downside is that they are on the expensive side, and when the whole family is taking them, the cost can add up quickly. Overall, these vitamins are a convenient, tasty, and effective way to support the whole family’s nutrition—just be prepared for the price if everyone is using them. We get them delivered every month through subscribe and save but it's still costly.

I love these - both for my child’s nutritional needs and myself. I swear by them. I’ll only have a couple a day but I don’t feel as tired as I used to. The ingredients seem whole and pure. Might be somewhat pricey for what they are but I like that they’re packaged in a delicious gummy bear form and I like the flavor. My child’s also looks forward to getting them (she’s picky) and likes the taste. My husband, however, claims the taste “healthy” and bitter. The definitely have sweetness to them and sure, you can tell the aren’t candy, but there good!

I bought these for my 2-year-old grandson because I didn't want to give typical vitamins that are filled with junk I didn't have a lot of hope that these would actually taste good because he's picky and he would eat them but they are absolutely delicious I tried one and he asked for them like their candy so if you want to give your child something with Whole Foods fruits vegetables in a gummy form like a vitamin I highly recommend it they are expensive but isn't everything that's good

Greens for everyone!! These were so easy to add to my morning routine, taste great, and actually make me feel great. I love that they’re something the whole family can enjoy. Highly recommend!

My 3.5 year old loves them! Every morning she beelines directly to pantry and cuts her own pack open with kids scissors. She practices counting each gummy. It’s very cute, independent and such peace of mind she’s getting great nutrients daily.

We’ve been searching high and low for a supplement that both of my kids would like. This finally met that standard. Great ingredients and no chalky after taste.

I love the idea of these gummy vitamins. They are super cute and the individual packaging makes it really easy to bring them with you as a little snack during the day. But unfortunately, my kids just did not love the flavor. They were not excited to eat them, and so it made it hard to get through the whole package.
