Digital Footprint exist so don't prefer doing reviews, but I had to say, using this while I'm just walking or any activity in general is a life changer, I mean especially after you're using it. After 2 Session of just inhaling through this then exhaling out my nose my breathing actually feels like its on autopilot... like you know that feeling when you pick up something heavy for a while then you move your arms to see how light they feel? that's how my breathing feels permanently now & ive only been using it consistently for about a week & yes this does increase stamina somehow but it doesn't increase muscle endurance from what I've experienced. it seems to have greatly impacted my recovery as far as panting goes & it definitely seems like i have more demand over my breathing even when im tired after running, sometimes i don't even feel human when i THINK im supposed to be tired after a strenuous activity. Now I see why they say breathing is powerful.(there's a bunch of lowercase "i's" in this lol)

It is a great product the boxing is great everything is good so far.

Works great, a little long in the mouth. If you have a small mouth you might need to cut the guard

I'm 72 years old, as with other health matters my lung capacity has demenisted over time. This device has helped greatly with my shortness of breath. I breath much better. So the product works. It's definitely worth the price.

The material flimsy cheap, smells funky, and it came in an unsealed cardboard box covered with cardboard shavings and dust. So I'm not sure how these people can get away with putting "medical grade" on their advertisement when it clearly isn't. the resistance dial is cheap and has already loosened. i wanted to give the item a chance but it had already started with poor transition for resistance out of the cardboard box. Honestly one of the worst experiences with a product that I've ever had. Do not recommend.
