I love the taste and love that Nuvamin B complex is good for kids and adults

I was glad to find this. I am an adult and use this. I find other brands have either too many additive added or too high of a dose.

I’ve been giving this Vitamin B supplement to my kid for a few weeks now, and it’s been great! They actually enjoy the taste, which makes it easy to get them to take it. I’ve noticed they have more energy, seem to focus better, and just overall have a better mood. It’s comforting to know it’s helping with their immune system and overall health. Definitely a win for us – highly recommend!

The raspberry flavor is really tasty. The drops are very easy to take directly from the dropper. There is no odor or weird aftertaste. No side effects to report. I like that they are 100% vegan, no sugar or soy, gluten and dairy free. Made in USA

Tastes great, glad it's made in the USA with some transparency with the manufacturing company. However not sure if it is actually liposomal or if that is used as a marketing buzz word. I like that the ingredients are mostly not synthetic, hard to find now days. However there is a * on the folate -and they use 60% folic acid, a synthetic version of folate. So for that I took 2 stars off. Make sure you take with a snack or meal to prevent an upset stomach.

The kids love these B vitamins! The taste is great, and the dropper makes it super easy to use. I’ve noticed a boost in their energy—highly recommend!
