I have been using these for over a year and have not had a cold or virus since I started using these. As a Mom, you try to convince your adult children and man child to take these but they don't listen and bring in nasty germs which I haven't caught since starting these. Definitely worth the buy. They taste great too.

This is my 3rd purchase of Black Elderberry and this one I've bought twice. It is the strongest and has no added vitamin D as I take a prescription strength of D and don't need more. Will continue to purchase as quality is great and price is reasonable. Love the berry taste and lower cards and sugar content. I take it every morning with my protein shake and it doesn't bother my stomach. I have not had any kind of cold, etc since starting these. Has kept my immunity up.
