My back pain on my right side leaves not being able to bend over by the end of day. Iv been using this for 2 days and it actually gives me relief.It gives a light massage with vibration which is really soothing on my sciatic and hip. My first time trying the red light so I’m hoping this is what I was missing.The belt is made with good quality and charges quickly. I really like that I can walk around and get what I need done while easing the pain in my back. The belt is comfortable to wear and comes with extender for wider waists, I don’t need it but nice to know there is that option for larger sizes. Overall happy with this purchase.

Red light and heat stopped working after 1 month. When I tried registering the lifetime warranty the website would not let me. Would not recommend.
