*Update: Company delivered as promised and I will be honest in that I'm still in amazement at the sincere customer service I received and this company wants to build a clientele that will do repeat business. Give them the opportunity to amaze you like they did me.*I am currently in discussion with the business who prides themselves with exceptional customer service. As soon as I receive the item I will be changing to a 5 star as they have gone above and beyond to make things right.I had this set up for only a month when the fiberglass poles broke. I dismantled it during windy and stormy weather, and when my son (11) hit a ball, it snapped. Unfortunately, it was outside the return period, but I am not upset about that since we purchased it in December and did not set it up until March. Nevertheless, it should have endured for a longer duration. I hope to obtain a contact number to inquire about purchasing just the rod.

it broke countless times while assembling, once we were able to finally finish..kept on braking...material is so cheap. My 13 year old son bought this net with his savings and he is totally disappointed. He was a replacement or his money back.

You get what you paid for. Poles snapped less than a week later. Still holding up and we do use it every day. Kids love it and wish I had bought a little better quality one. Set up was a pain since there’s virtually zero instructions they send a QR code with an instruction video and it’s the worst instructions I’ve ever watched. Had to find a different YouTube video to get a better idea of what to do. I recommend to spend a little more money on a higher quality cage if you are seriously considering this.

Great way for my 11 year old to practice lacrosse without needing to chase the ball all over the yard or the neighbors! Sets up nicely, feels sturdy. I added neon guy lines to help make the black guy lines more visible (we kept walking into them).

This is awesome for the backyard. The plastic hooks that hold the net break easily, which isn't a bad thing. They shear off and prevent damage to the net in high winds or if you accidentally hit it with the mower like I do!

Went together well, but the fiberglass rod broke 3 times while setting the cage up. The rod broke at the sleeve that it inserted into. So I would take the rod out, clean out the broken piece and re-install the shortened rod into the sleeve. This worked for a few minutes, but it would break again, and again.

Setup the net twice and the Glue failed to keep the Metal sleeves on the rods slipped off and the elastic rope keeping the rods together snapped. The Price of net dropped by 17% percent after I purchased it and Amazon said I needed to return the item and repurchase it to get the discounted price.( inconvenient) and now that it is failing I need to return anyways (double inconvenient) . Really cool the first time I set it up…..
