This is what I was looking for to use in smoothies when frozen/fresh blueberries aren't available. The product isn't very strong, so I had to use more than expected. While rather weak, the flavor tastes fresh and works perfectly. I like that it's freeze-dried.

I have been reading about the beneficial effects of blueberry on brain function for at least 20 years. Now, with this extract I have been able to make a real experiment about the truth of blueberry power on My Brain. Wow. I take 2-3 heaping teaspoons mixed with a cup of organic blueberries, yogurt and whey protein. There is no mistaking the immediate clarity, coherence and energy I feel. I feel as if some reviewers are mistaken as to the purpose of this product and are looking for blueberry taste. For me, this is about a concentrated source of anthocyanin and maybe some pterostilbene. The taste doesn't matter for me, but it actually has a neutral flavor the way I eat it. Try this in high doses, you won't be disappointed.
