I purchased the Hukka Saunamaestro Sauna Waterfall Fountain hoping to enhance my sauna experience, but it turned into a nightmare. The unit burst into pieces without warning, in the confined space of my sauna, causing a loud noise that startled me and could have caused serious injury. It was a truly terrifying experience.This product is not safe, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before installing it in such a small, high-heat environment. I expected better durability and quality control from a product designed specifically for sauna use.I am requesting a full refund, as this is clearly a defective and dangerous item. It's great, seems to work best when the sauna has been going for a while, over 220F. pour some water on it and it sprays the water over the stones making a soothing sound. guests at the sauna always enjoy the fountain.

We had a hard time getting it to work properly. It's kind of fussy getting it hot enough. Although when it does work it's fun! And a very cool addition to our sauna. The sellers were helpful when I emailed them about trying to get it to work and gave me some suggestions.
