I got my new Pixel Pro XL 256GB phone in hazel as acceptable quality from Mobile Supply (Amazon Prime) for 507$ and it's perfect! The battery life so far is really good see I tested it for a while as that's my biggest concern when getting a refurbished phone, the camera works and looks perfect, the screen is perfect, the phone and it's software/storage is perfect. I have to say performance wise the phone overall works as if it's brand new! The only "damage" about it is purely cosmetic as in the aluminum frame of the phone has minor scratches and one very small divot which it's not bad at all but noticeable. In my hand when I hold the phone bare I do not feel these scratches at all, but very VERY rarely do feel the small divot, however if you're gonna slap a case onto the phone (which most do anyways) who cares at that point no one will notice it and you wont feel it... The other cosmetics such as the back glass of the phone is in perfect condition and if you care about cosmetics that's the one thing you'll want to worry about as it enables you to put a translucent back panel case on your phone if you so choose. If you're gonna buy this phone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THIS IS MY BIGGEST WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM PRIME CELLUTIONS, I HAD ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THEIR PHONE AT FIRST IN BLACK AS "GOOD" QUALITY FOR 475$ AND THEIR PHONE'S SCREEN HAD "GOOGLE PIXEL 9 PRO XL" BURNT INTO THE PHONE'S SCREEN WHICH WAS SEMI NOTICABLE IN A BLACK BACKGROUND AND EXTREMELY NOTICEABLE IN A LIGHTER BACKGROUND, WHICH WAS TOTALLY SHOCKING FOR A "GOOD" QUALITY PHONE AND IT HAD MORE COSMETIC DAMAGE THAN MY CURRENT "ACCEPTABLE" QUALITY PHONE FROM MOBILE SUPPLY. IF PRIME CELLUTION'S PHONE WAS THAT BADLY DAMAGED IN "GOOD" QUALITY I'M EXTREMELY WORRIED ABOUT THEIR "ACCEPTABLE" QUALITY, THEY SHOULD BE FINE HOWEVER IN "EXCELLENT" QUALITY BUT I WOULDN'T RISK IT FROM PRIME CELLUTIONS ESPECIALLY PRICE POINT WISE. SO IF YOU'RE GONNA BUY THIS PHONE ENSURE IT'S FROM MOBILE SUPPLY, THEIR PHONE IN ACCEPTABLE QUALITY IS TOP NOTCH SO I BET IN GOOD QUALITY AND EXCELLENT QUALITY, MOBILE SUPPLY'S PHONE WILL BE LIKE AS IF IT'S BRAND NEW. Thankfully though Prime Cellutions did issue me a refund, which I am extremely grateful for, I hope they do ensure a better quality check on their phones more properly in the future. Overall, I am totally in love with the Pixel brand it has so many features and is much better than the current iPhone now a days in my opinion. For a phone that's half off it's original price (brand new) it's price and quality is totally worth it. I suggest getting it in hazel over black because in my opinion hazel looks and just feels so much better, but it's your choice at the end of the day. It's an amazing phone it feels good on the hand but I would recommend putting on a case on it, the camara is amazing I haven't had the time to try it fully but for the pictures I have been taking it's pretty good, the battery life it's amazing,I use my phone really frequently so by the time I get home I probably have between 40% to 30% and it charges pretty fast as well most of the time I don't charge it at night just because it's like around 90% or 70% battery. I did come across a problem which was the fingerprint to unlock the phone, it isn't the phone itself because the fingerprint scanner works perfectly fine and fast but once I put on a screen protector (tempered glass) you have to try to unlock the phone at least 2 to 3 times I might just need to re-scan my finger print and it should work fine. With that said the phone arrived in perfect condition and once you set up your Google account it's easy to use and set up. I would 100% recommend this phone

The phone is in very good condition, with only some tiny scratches on the side, and I was lucky to get one with 99% battery capacity. The phone model itself works incredibly well, with the features I expected from reading about it. Moving from an iPhone, but the transition was pretty smooth. Very satisfied with my purchase!

This phone is great, for the most part. The pictures are beautiful, it plays games amazingly, does everything you need it to do. Overall, i'd rate it like a 9 out of 10. But there's two issues that hold it back in my own personal experience. When it connects to a new wifi network, it.. doesn't really connect. You have to go into airplane mode, then out, for it to actually grab the Internet. It's like this for all wifi. I come back home? I get no internet because it automatically connected, so I have to double tap airplane mode for me to actually have internet. The pixel 6 pro had a similar problem. My one other issue is that it likes to be janky with my car Bluetooth, no other phone has done this. Constant disconnects and reconnects. This is with a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Other than these issues, truly, genuinely, great phone. Decent value, not the best I've had, but very nice.

This phone is not unlocked. 100% locked, false advertising and Amazon should take action. I really should have listened to the other reviews but some of the positive ones said it was unlocked. I got an excellent quality referb that has damage visible past 12 inches and at arms length.

purchased this refurbished phone in "excellent" condition, the phone arrived BETTER than expected, basically new condition, not so much as a scratch nor scuff nor fingerprint. After I charged it and played around with it for a couple hours I did check the battery cycle counter and it said "4" which TBH could just have been from me getting the thing setup. Phone received is model number GGX8B which I guess is originally Verizon but the phone doesn't show any branding whatsoever and works great with my Mint/T-Mobile service without issue.

Sent me a dead phone couldn't set up right away it also have a few light scratches on screen but that's ok because it's not the worst also I hope this seller stop using fed ex for shipping FedEx is so horrible as their reviews are as well I paid for overnight shipping my phone arrived a week later what a shame
