Jury still out - Super tight around thigh
5’9, 160, Female. I purchased this sleeve to be used as some compression/protection under my knee brace to ppartial menisectomy, my failed ACL graft removed and then a bone graft transplanted into my tibial tunnel. Came in two days so I had it fairly promptly. I was disappointed that it wasn’t nearly as “full leg” as I had hoped, so keep that in mind if you’re over 5’8. The thigh opening was so tight that I can keep this in an emergency bag and use it as a tourniquet. Giving it 5 stars because I think that it’s exactly what someone with different dimensions could be looking for and I don’t necessarily think there’s anything wrong about the product. Feels cool and light to the touch, just didn’t fit. I have been living in a Don Joy sleeve since I had surgery 6 days ago and that is perfect (runs a little warmer but great for cushion and protection on my incisions)

Good enough for me
I purchased this to help with leg cramps at night. It works well for me. I purchased the medium and the elastic top is perfect . However the last 3 or 4 inches at the ankle is quite loose. I also have an arm sleeve I purchased in a small. The sleeve is perfect but the elastic is so tight I can’t wear it. Adjustments need to be made in the manufacturing process for the band size to increase the comfort and wearability of the product.

Does not provide adequate compression
I ordered the size needed (L) based on my thigh circumference. The top band fit nice and snug, but the rest of it felt like an overly stretchy bathing suit material that did not provide much compression support. Not a good value for as much money as I spent.

Not What I Hoped For Looks Cool, But Not Very Effective
I'm a high school and club volleyball player, and as a libero, I deal with frequent leg and joint pain. I bought this compression leg sleeve hoping it would help with muscle support and recovery. Unfortunately, it didn’t provide the compression or relief I was looking for it felt more like a regular legging than a true compression sleeve. To be fair, I did size up based on other reviews, which might have affected the fit. Because of that, it doesn't stay up on its own unless I pin it to my spandex. On the bright side, it does look cool and the material is nicely opaque, so at least it has some style points. Just don’t expect strong compression or performance support from it.

QC - bad stitching | Updated
I’ve worn this once for a day and noticed the seam at the top had some loose strings - usually not a huge deal but looking at it you can tell the stitch shifted at the top, right where the threads started - overall I was pretty happy with the lightness of it and the compression amount was spot on, but for the money the quality isn’t there------The company reached out to me and was nice enough to send me a replacement. The stitching on the replacement is perfect so I must have received a defective one. This sleeve has been amazing after my surgery and I wear it every day. It's comfortable, doesn't fall down (or ride up) and I can wear it all day long.

Not a true compression stocking, and very uncomfortable
Don't buy this product.First of all, the "copper" thing is just a scam. If it actually does contain copper, I can't tell, but it doesn't do anything either way. I knew this but I was looking for a full-leg compression stocking to wear after having knee surgery and this was all I could find. This product is not a true compression stocking - the real ones provide graduated levels of compression that are generally tighter closer to the ankle (and will actually have numbers on the label to indicate how tight they are). Whatever, I figured it would still help to contain the swelling, which it did to a limited degree. The main issue for me was that it was extremely uncomfortable to wear. The top is basically a thin rubber band that is far tighter than the rest of the stocking, intended to keep it from sliding down. I'm fairly skinny, yet even though the stocking was pretty loose, the band at the top was so tight it was actually cutting off circulation to my leg. This (and other Copper Fit products) are just another "TV miracle product" scam, don't fall for it.
