Very satisfied with this product!The items arrived on time. They even came in a small plastic pouch which I found quite handy for storing the molds. I also expected the models to smell a bit chemical, but they smelled absolutely neutral, which I really appreciated.The bigger fish/mermaid tail is perfect for decorating cakes, while the smaller (here used in the picture) is perfect for cake decorations. I expected the seashells to be a bit bigger - they have the size of actual seashells, which is good for smaller decorations.The molds are very easy to use! I simply melted a bit of white chocolate and filled the molds. The silicon is thick enough to be carried to the freezer without burning your fingers, and it’s flexibel enough to get the cooled fishtails out of the mold without breaking the fins. I was amazed by how intricate the finished chocolates look! Even the very small sea shells came out of the silicon quite easily and look stunning.I‘d buy again!

Lovely moulds however take a bit of practice to get the hang of them! The smaller shells were quite hard to fill with candy melts (I suggest using a syringe). However the details on them where amazing! Also adding lustre dust to will help make them look like real shells! The mermaid tails were beautiful however be really careful de-moulding as I found that they were easy snapped in half! I tried using the larger mermaid tail as a wax melt mould however all 3 attempts the wax just snapped so only use these for candy melts or cooking!

These moulds are amazing. They are so easy to use. The fondant just pops straight out with a sprinkle of icing sugar. Would definitely recommend.

I will probably get the other set with small tails too, the details are great. Used white chocolate and then some edible giltters

If using chocolate - freeze. (Otherwise the weak point will snap) So leave yourself plenty of time.Fondant works well too.The shells are so detailed and cute.

Brilliant mould. I use with candy melts, so easy to use. Gives a real professional look. Highly recommend.

Love these moulds! So easy to use. Melt chocolate, pop them in the freezer over night and the chocolate popped straight out next day.

The larger tail is maybe a bit big to make a chocolate tail, too thick for that. Have not tried other ideas yet. It is quite easy to get the chocolate out of the large tail. Shells are quite tiny but look ok on cakes.
