BURBERRYEyeglasses BE 2352 3987 Green

I had ordered 2 pairs of this frame for prescription sun and eyeglasses 2 yrs ago at a local Pearle Vision store. I love them! They suit my face AND are my favorite color: a unique color in frames. I've had my current prescription put in them for 2 years.Unfortunately, I lost one pair on a work trip in October and I decided to order a new pair. That frame was no longer available at Pearle Vision, so I ordered this pair from Amz. See picture: the temples are clearly bent and the case is not the full hard shell case with the iconic Burberry patterned pictured in the item description, but instead a soft tan non-descript 1/2 case with the name stamped on the front. Even the box that the item came in is not as advertised. I am leaning towards returning them if I can't get them fixed.
