I am very satisfied with this OCEANZEN Atlantic Salmon! The fish is truly sashimi-grade, fresh, and well-packaged. The frozen shipping preserved the texture and quality perfectly. Once thawed, the salmon had a vibrant color, firm texture, and no fishy smell. It was rich in flavor and had just the right amount of fat, making it perfect for sashimi, sushi, grilling, or pan-searing. Also, the cold shipping ensured the salmon arrived completely frozen with no thawing or quality loss. Great Product!!!!

This is a most excellent product! I highly recommend! The quality of the sashimi grade salmon is excellent and the company goes above and beyond to package it so well to ensure that it arrives completely frozen. They wrap it in an insulated bag surrounded by more than enough ice packs and it is in a completely sealed styrofoam box inside of the very sturdy packaging box! I will definitely be purchasing this regularly! It makes for very delicious sushi!

This is our 2nd order from OceanZen. We live in the Florida Keys, and sometimes delivery service takes a while, so we are always nervous. We should not have been. Your support staff gave us every opportunity to be aware of the delivery time window. We were there and brought our salmon inside immediately upon delivery. While some of the salmon was defrosted, it was all still ice-cold. We are not concerned. The salmon itself is lovely. We like to eat it raw in homemade sushi, and almost raw when we decide to "cook" it. We will always buy from OceanZen because we are sure of its quality. PS - I have never seen a better-packed box. I actually saved the box for garage storage because of the quality anti-moisture coating on the inside of the box. I also saved the cold-pack plastic bag to put in my car to help keep my groceries cold on my drive home, and the ice-packs were saved as well (yes it is that hot here sometimes!) I feel like I am recycling and using 'the whole product'. Pictured in my freezer. I can send another when we make some. Way to go OceanZen!

Love the package! We made different kind of food from these salmon! Both bake and eat fresh are so good!

Delicious and great as sashimi

Did not show up to my door frozen so was unsure if this will be edible as sashimi so threw immediately back in the deep freezer. This however made some incredible sashimi after a proper and safe defrosting
