On my second bottle of these. I have found that they really help to relieve and even prevent any bloating and digestive discomfort. I wouldn’t be without them now. Stick to the advised dose of one per day. I tend to have mine after lunch.

Ive used quite a few of these type of products over the years when having to push calories higher due to training demands. I had been pushing calories up for the past 3 months and bloat was finally catching up with me as usual, these have helped enormously after only 4 days!
