Anybody know the number(s) of the thickest (most heavy duty) dremel type cutoff wheel(s) are? Even the shorter diameter ones.

Hello, The thickest cut-off wheel we provide is .0625 (1.6 mm) and is part #540. The next thickest would be part numbers 426,456,506CU,EZ426,EZ456 and EZ476. These are all .045 thickness (1.1 mm). Hope this helps and have a great day!

Can it be used for cutting plywood, does it leave clean edges?

You can cut plywood. I do so when cutting model airplane parts from 1/16 - 1/4" birch plywood. To prevent 'fraying' around your cuts, first lay down masking tape over your projected cut line.

Do these have a longer life or more durable than the Dremel #426 fiberglass reinforced cut offwheels . I usually use for cutting small screws and bolt

The 426 will be more durable and have a longer life. That is what the fiberglass does.

What diameter size are these cut off wheels and can it be used for a drill Master rotary tool?

There15/16” diameter.. 25 thousandths “ thick.. 1/8” hole in center.. any high speed cut off tool these will work.. the 409 are THIN.. 406 ate a bit thicker.
