This wheelchair is fantastic! I used it on my cruise of the Mediterranean and it worked perfectly! Battery life is fantastic. Easily rode over cobblestones in Istanbul, Barcelona, Ephesus, and Mykonos. Rome was a no good because its sidewalks are just too damaged and hilly. It is light weight compared to many others and easy to fold up and put in car. It survived 4 airplane trips with no damage (however, we did use a bungee cord to keep it closed). Very easy to operate although backing up was a bit of a struggle for me. However, it turns on a dime so I could usually go into the elevator and turn around (unless there were too many people in it). It is also easy to push when it is off.

Wheelchair is unsafe. Its moves by itself, you can turn it off, it jerks movement in place, terrible item. I want my money back! Before I have to get in touch with someone. You have to go on a slow mode to control steering and then you don’t always have control of it /. The more speed you give it to less control you have .and the foot plate does not stay up when you put it up. It falls down. Just be careful. You don’t trip over it when it’s down I wouldn’t recommend the chair. Also, sometimes when I’m going along the seat pushes up on me and I can’t figure out why. this is their fix and reply to me. not a good seller or company. Thank you for providing your address and contact information. We have consulted with our factory regarding the lock nuts. After thorough testing, they found that the lock nuts might not be effective and could potentially cause further damage to the footrest if not installed correctly. I understand how frustrating this situation can be, especially when you just want everything to work smoothly. Our primary concern is your safety and the functionality of your wheelchair. Therefore, the best solution would be to use a strap to secure the footrest. You can run a strap through the gap under the seat cushion and attach it to the footrest. This method should help keep the footrest in place and prevent it from falling down. I genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us. If you need any assistance with securing the footrest or have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help and ensure you have a positive experience with your wheelchair. Thank you for your continued trust in our products. Best regards,

I purchased this electric wheelchair for my grandmother, and it exceeded our expectations. The wheelchair is very user-friendly and easy to operate, even for first-time users. The seat is comfortable, and the shock absorption is excellent, making her feel safe and stable while traveling. The battery life is impressive as well; a single charge lasts a long time, which is perfect for daily outings. The overall structure of the wheelchair is sturdy and durable, with smooth maneuverability, allowing it to easily navigate through narrow spaces. Overall, this is a highly recommended electric wheelchair that has brought great convenience and assistance to our family. Thank you to the seller for providing such a high-quality product!

I purchased RehabRolls lightweight Foldable electronic wheelchair to replace another company’s electronic wheelchair that up and quite on us after about a month and a half. The Rehab Rolls Lightweight wheelchair has been a Godsend. It was so simple to construct. The wheelchair is well-designed and easy to operate. My husband finds it comfortable. It fits through our hallways and doors easily. This wheelchair has great manuverability. We also found the speed using the toggle switch is easy to operate. My husband adjusted to using the different speeds in a short period of time. We especially like the weight. It is easy to fold up and fit into our vehicle when we need to get to appointments. This is an excellent product, well-designed and easy to operate. We especially like the front foot rest that stays in the front rather than other company’s models that can swing out and cause difficulty getting through doorways. This is an excellent, well-designed wheelchair that is easy to operate.

There are pros and cons to this wheelchair. I will start with the cons because I think those are more important. Cons: If you hit any uneven surface with the front wheels, the front wheels push back into the chair raising the middle of the seat making the chair feel like it will collapse. This will happen with a joint in a side walk or between rooms. Anything that is not flat and smooth. I had a couple of larger thresholds it wouldn't go over at all (< 2"). You have to come to a complete stop and crawl over very slowly. This can also jerk your back a good bit. Next, sometimes the front wheels turn and catch on your shoe and trap your foot between the footrest and the wheel. The first chair I purchased as new was obviously used and missing parts. I got a replacement. The listing says 43 lbs. The documents say 50lb. I would say a bit more. When you fold this chair, it does not lock folded. Therefore, it will just unfold. Also, it doesn't sit up when folded as it is just sitting on the back wheels. If you lock the back wheels you can prop it up against something, but it will still unfold. Pros: The battery lasts all day, up hills, long distances. It does take all night to charge. It has decent speed and power. It will go faster than my 20yo child can walk. Just don't hit any bumps with those front wheels. It will go up a pretty decent incline and doesn't feel like it will dump over backwards. I didn't use the little wheels in the back. Overall, this chair can be very unstable, but if you have some mobility, it will get you where you want to go and back.
