The water bottle is not good. It does not keep the water cold. The water gets hot in no time. The seller is not cooperative with the refund issue since the product is a defect and wants to deduct an amount from the total amount. I do not recommend buying this product.

I kind of regret this purchase. Great product in general - but had no idea how easily the plastic lid scratches up. My normal person cut and filed fingernails can scratch up the plastic just by touching it. I’ve had this thing for two days, and just from picking it up, putting it down, holding it by the handle, refilling it - there are a bunch of scratch marks all over the lid just.. from my regular guy fingernails. I get wear and tear but… it’s designed to easily appear worn and used after very little use. You’d think this bottle has had an intense experience or two. But it’s just… been touched.

I was very much a skeptic when I saw the price of these cups. When I looked at similar items costing much less I assumed that the yeti was just another gimmick to separate my money from my wallet. I absolutely refused to buy one and use cheaper products for a long time. I was gifted one of these for Father's Day and immediately became a fan. After using my Yeti for one week I immediately purchased a second and ultimately a third. Rarely have I seen a product that exceeds it's advertising. Everything about it works well. It is sturdy and has survived a number of drops. The multiple colors available have made it easy to assign different uses for each cup. But mostly it does what it is supposed to do, keep things cool, better than anything else I have ever used. I would not only recommend it for your own use but I think you could be proud to give this as a gift.

I have about 22 yeti cups varying from the zookie to the half gallon and 3 coolers. There's no doubt they work well at keeping things cold. They're great gifts and they're heavy duty. I've used my 46 oz one to hammer in tent stakes when I forgot a mallet (shh don't tell yeti). My only grievance with the new Yeti I ordered that is the Agave color is it's not as bright as picture on here or on Amazon's website. It's much darker than pictured. It's definitely teal but not as bright as pictured. It's a gift so if they don't mind, I don't mind but just be aware if you want the agave color and expect it to be this bright!
