The scooter is defective. Very disappointing

Very poorly build
Got a defective one. I noticed other escooter have a stabiliser to hold the back wheel and bumper. This one doesn't and damaged and broke the bumper guard. Seller refusing to acknowledge. Please be aware of returns.
