I loved the sea moss! I can tell it’s good quality just by looking at it, there was enough to fill four 8-ounce jars. I’ve been adding it to smoothies and soups recently and I can see the effects I read in the book. I bought with it a Sea Moss Recipe book which gave me new ideas for the sea moss. Highly recommend!

description says full spectrum but actually only contains two types of moss, mostly yellow. lots of sand in here too. i still used it to make sea moss get for the first time and the product performed as expected.

Love it! Just washed two times under running water, soaked for 6-8 hours with distiller water, (keep in mind that it is important that the water cover all the sea moss) and then blended with 8oz of clean distilled water. It is ready to use. I use a glass airtight container 🫙 for storage and put it in the fridge. It is good for about 3 weeks more or less. Have a gel like consistency. If you want you can add more water. I use it in smoothies, soups, beans, dressings. I can’t taste it. No weird smell either. No digesting problems at all. Good for your overall health and energy level.

Still a good product but NOT full spectrum sea moss. It’s false advertising. Brand doesn’t have return/refund options.
