I been taking these supplements for at least 3+months and my BP has been giving mr good reading. I recommend this supplement to my family and friends and they all gave it a try now we all on them and not on straight prescribed med.

Did not work well.

I have issues, at times, with my blood sugar, being that I take in a lot of sweets and sugary drinks, from time to time, but on a regular basis, that it happens. It affects my sleep and my wakefulness, and I oftentimes find myself sleeping in, on days where I'd otherwise expect to be active, and go out, for my day. I tried out these pills, and they definitely work; I find that I'm less sleepy, and I have a bit more energy for going out, compared to a day or night of not taking the pills. I'm pleased with this product, and I recommend it. Thanks!

Like the affect

Products did not work as advertised. After a month of using had a physical with labs drawn, no change from previous year. Waste of money.

I am very pleased with this product

I have been in the "pre-diabetic" category for 9 years and I hope to keep it that way. Maybe I have been staying away from carbohydrate/sugar heavy meals but I have not noticed any difference. My BS level is usually about 97 (87 is normal, I believe). Except I used to have a period in the late afternoon when I would feel extremely tired and I have not had that as much lately. So I guess I will have to run a "N of one" trial to see if this is the reason why.
