These work and fit just like the originals and having gone through a set now, I can confirm they last just as long. No need to pay more for the bigger names.

This can't even fit an infant's head
This item is nowhere near what it should be. The straps are super small and could reach around an adult's head. Will not purchase again.

Fit my mask perfectly; comfortable as well
These seem to be pretty much the same as the OEM headgear straps that come with the Dreamwear. They fit really well, look and feel quality, and are comfortable as well. For the current sub-$11 asking price, I think these are a great substitute for the real thing from Philips.

Updated -- these headgear straps work only with the "arms"
Update -- I now realize the original Dreamwear straps come in two different styles. One has arms and uses the shorter straps like this one, and the other style has longer straps and doesn't have arms. If you have the longer straps, then these straps won't replace them unless you also get the extension arms.This headgear strap works as well as the original Respironics DreamWear brand headgear, but you get two for the price of one!I was worried that the velcro might not be as strong or last as long as the original, but it works just as well.Note that this headgear works with the DreamWear nasal cushion or the DreamWear gel nasal pillows. It does not work with the DreamWear full face mask, which uses the same frame but the headgear is different because it requires two more attachment points.

FITS MY MASK WELL
I just started using a CPAP and have found that I will be needing replacement parts periodically. This strap works perfectly. I have several different masks I have been trying and am not sure yet which one I will be wearing most of the time or if I will be switching back and forth between all of them. I recommend this strap.
