Cold Away was initially recommended to me by my doctor and has been a staple in our healthcare regime ever since. Any time I feel a tinge of a cold coming on, I take Cold Away and boom it nips it in the bud before it has a chance to get hold of me. Ideally, you want to take it as soon as you feel something coming on, but if you can't for whatever reason and the cold takes hold, Cold Away seems to help reduce the length and severity of the cold. Love this stuff and even my husband (who doesn't like taking any medicine or even supplements) swears by it!

It's very broad-spectrum and nearly anyone can take it (unlike many Chinese formulas that are very specific to your constitution and patterning).
