Exactly what you might expect. These are a nice large size, very sturdy baskets. that stack nicely.The fabric seems light but should do the job just fine. I rarely use the inserts anyway. The lame is basic but sturdy and should do the job as well. It’s nice that it came with a cover for the blade.The bench scraper is pretty small, but could be useful if you don’t already have one. Overall, a very good deal; would buy again.

I needed this size banneton, and wanted it to come with the liners, so this fit the bill. These will fit a 900-1000g loaf, which is the size I usually make. They aren’t as high of quality as the bannetons I’ve seen in-person at high-end kitchen stores, but I guess you get what you pay for. The canes are a little splintery here and there, but I appreciate that the staples are all located at the exterior of the product, and I don’t see any glue residue. The liners fit well enough. I probably won’t use the bannetons without the liners (as I like to do sometimes). The little dough scraper included is pretty tiny, and I’ll probably just toss it, but having an extra bread lame on-hand is nice.

This is a decent set of dough baskets. It seems to be of a little thinner quality though and not as heavy duty as I would like. There’s also quite a bit of splinters through out the basket itself, and I would highly recommend using the liners at all times. The extra accessories are a nice touch And for the price, it’s a good purchase.

I prefer these longer banneton baskets to rounds, and these easily stack in my cabinet when not in use. They make the classic long shape and are easy to clean. I got exactly what I was looking for!

I use these for all kinds of bread, and sourdough only rarely. Google a bit about seasoning these baskets to keep the dough from sticking. Not designed to be the best container for raising very wet doughs, but excellent when used as intended. Would buy again!

These perform so much better than the silicone imitation "cane" banneton baskets. I do feel the current price of $24 for two is high for the quality of these baskets, but if you need the accessories, I guess that helps. I really just wanted natural cane baskets with the natural liners. These work great.
