Received in the post today opened it and there is a Tear in the material very poor quality for a newborn baby

Terrible product do not buy
While initially happy with our purchase. Unfortunately the canvas on the bean bag has torn (about 25cm) just by leaning on the bag. There were no sharp objects literally just my hand as I got up off the bag. This is a massive failure of the canvas and a faulty product. Unfortunately it appears that this must happen reasonably often with Elephant products according to discussions with the organisation when seeking remediation. The company will not replace the faulty product but instead has only offered to sell me a patch to try and repair the tear which is not possible due the size and location. I would WARN all potential purchasers away from Elephant Living bean bags
