This is my go to brand, organic and affordable!! I soak them for like ten minutes in water and a little squirt of oxygen peroxide then I'll rinse and soak in just water until the seeds start to sprout, I do drain and put more water before the sprouting happens. I lay them over dirt in my sprout trays then I sprinkle Azomite fertilizer over them then a thin layer of soil or you can just cover with newspaper to block off the light. After my trays grow I cut and rinse my wheatgrass and I'll put them in ice cube trays (each cube is 2 TBS) and I put in freezer, as soon as they freeze I put them in a ziplock bag and back into the freezer. At one point I was drinking 5 shots of wheatgrass a day, I had so much energy and I felt very happy, my hair also felt healthier, but you have to ease into it, one shot everyday for a week and then add more daily shoots every week if you don't feel nauseous, I squeeze lime juice in my shots for faster defrosting and better flavor. I've heard you can even remineralize your teeth by swishing wheatgrass juice in your mouth for 15 minutes a day!!! So many health benefits, and if you compare the wheatgrass cells to our blood cells they are pretty much the same with the only difference that our blood cells have iron and wheatgrass cells have magnesium, it's like a blood transfusion.

This product came in a timely manner. It came with a nice label in sturdy bag, which seems basic, but I buy a lot of seeds and if they ship in shoddy packaging you get seeds everywhere. The only complaint I have is that they do not give you the cultivar, but I knew this when I bought it.
