The sleep mask is comfortable, soft against the skin, and highly effective at blocking out both light and sound—making it an excellent aid for sleep. The sound quality is clear, and I have no complaints in that regard; it met all my expectations.I did experience an issue with the first mask I received, as it wouldn’t charge. However, the seller responded immediately and resolved the issue without delay. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.I primarily use the mask at home, so I can’t speak to its effectiveness on airplanes or in noisy outdoor settings. However, if you’re looking for something to use at home, I believe this is well worth the investment.

I really enjoy this sleep mask! It's very comfortable and the sound quality is fine. I've considered buying a spare to keep in my travel bag!I do move around a lot when I sleep, so I often have to find the mask when I wake up. Maybe some additional straps could help with keeping it on overnight? I really don't find this a problem, though.

While I wish this product has a noise canceling feature it gets the job done. My AirPods are only comfortables in my ears while laying down if I lay on my back, this allows me to listen to music on my side.

I purchased this mask a little over a year ago, and it’s great. My husband and I both have one and use it next to each other. They provide complete blackout, and we cannot hear each other's audio next to each other.My mask broke just before the one-year warranty was up, and they provided exceptional service, responding promptly and sending me a new device when mine wouldn't turn on.This is a great product that has served its purpose well. The velcro strap accommodates different-sized heads, and the material is very comfortable and breathable. Since owning it, I have bought multiple as gifts. It is worth the purchase, and I highly recommend it!

Good service deserves recognition.Be warned, if you have a larger than average head or ears, this will not be comfortable for you.(My ears are large enough that headphones smaller than 3.2 inches are painful to wear, for reference.)The eye mask portion is great, leaving enough room for the eye to move around without feeling uncomfortable. The bluetooth connects just fine and the audio is what you'd expect from a sleep mask.But the fit can not be adjusted and is quite tight. I could feel the edges of the mask even while half asleep.Worse, somehow, are the portions that cover your ears. Rather, they don't. The bands don't cover my ears at all, leaving about half an inch exposed both above and below the band. If the seams were soft, this would probably be fine, but as said before, they are noticeably rough, and dug in to my ears for the 2 or so hours I was able to wear this.In addition, the wires all feel fragile. I'm pretty sure they chose poor quality rubber to protect the actual wires. If caution is taken, they would probably be fine for 6 months or so, but I won't be using these long enough to find out.All in all, I have to give it 2/5 stars. Taking one off for the fragile wires, another for the inability to adjust the fit, and the last for insufficient ear covering. If they were to make a new version that corrects those and keeps the rest of the design, I would never use another sleeping mask.

Love these! Totally block out the light, are comfortable and I'm able to listen to music, etc without disturbing my husband.

I ordered the purple version of this eye mask for my husband two months ago. That one does a perfect job of blocking the light. I just now received the pink mask for myself. I have attached pictures of both of them side-by-side. The two have visibly different designs. You can see that the eye covers on the purple mask have a special space but on the pink mask it is simply flat. The pink does not block light from the top and bottom.

I bought these awhile back and just started using them. They have plenty of room over your eyes and the Velcro strap for the back makes it easy to adjust so it’s not too tight or too loose. I love that there is nothing that goes inside your ears. Helps me go to sleep easier. I can hear the sound even with a large fan blowing.I have to come back and say that I have suffered with insomnia since the late ‘90s. Even with prescription drugs, I have still never felt rested. I don’t dread going to bed at night. My husband can watch ESPN all he wants, and I haven’t a clue when he turns it off. I think I will buy a second set on the off chance that something “might” happen to them and I wouldn’t want to wait on any shipping at all. Best money I’ve ever spent.
