Working in a classroom with special Education students this lock works perfectly to keep them secure inside the room yet allows the adults to leave or enter from the outside with out fuss. Very simple to install and can be removed with a little effort if needed. This is the second classroom I have used these saftey locks in and I have other teachers asking where to buy one.

These child safety locks are fantastic. They fit perfectly on our handle doors and work as intended. Quality is good, and seems durable.

My dog is deathly afraid of thunderstorms so when they come around and no one is home he has learned how to open my apartment door to get out and wander the hallways! I bought this recently as a way to keep him from opening the handle as my apartment building did not have an alternative handle. This has worked great so far. He is an 80 lb, boxer/retriever mix with a strong determination to escape if he is scared. This door lock has been able to keep him in and was very easy to set up and put into place each day when I leave for work.

We needed to keep our daughter out of certain rooms in our house and came across these child proof door locks. After a few weeks of use, I can safely say that these are functionally perfect. *One note: check if your door handle can be opened by turning it down AND up. If so, you'll need to engage the top and bottom lock to fully child proof a room. Works great for our Golden retriever who learned how to open doors and escape. The design is functional as it allows us to lock the door in addition to the door lock. My dog is a genius in figuring out locks and she still has not been able to destroy this one or open it.

Two 30kg menaces that get cheeky and open doors vs. the Tuut. The winner is the Tuut every time. To the point where they seem to have given up? I also love the mechanism for me to open and close the bottom lock - not forgetting to close it on my rush out the door. It is a smooth operation but feels sturdy every rotation. Great for doors that would have pop open at the slightest touch. Preventing puppies from entering rooms.
