I prefer the Sleep ASAP strips, but can't obtain them at this time. Strip is very thick, taste isn't great.

The combination of ingredients that these strips use is perfect for me. Melatonin is only a small part. The other ingredients sooth me better. They put me to sleep and I stay asleep. Waking up in the morning not feeling groggy. Great!
