I think adults can use it too as the main target is protection from uv rays.Its a mineral sunscreen still doesn't leave a white cast if blended properly and since I'm an Indian I don't use full two fingers amount but a bit lesser than that.But it peels so much if rubbed after it has dried so I prefer not to touch my face or rub it after I have applied the sunscreen.Overall LOVEEE ITTT !!!
