Love this brand as it always works within a few minutes and lasts for hours.

I prefer the menthol ones. Very effective but now not cheap

This is the best nasel spray I've used in a while. It clears my nose faster than expected. A bit pricey, as it does exactly what it says on the packaging. I feel it's worth it.

Not much else to say. If you're (like me) chasing the last bottles of the old style ... this ain't it. You will receive the new nozzle spray bottles and yes - the package CANNOT be returned, even though the picture is clearly misleading. On a side note, I don't know what Haleon (the Otrivine trademark holder) did there. The active ingredients list is identical with the old nozzle style but the contents are CLEARLY different. The menthol isn't as strong and the "decongesting" is MUCH much slower. The old style worked within seconds... the new might work after 10-15 minutes... about 30%. It's a mystery to be sure. Anyway, just wanted to post this PSA, that this is NOT the old style nozzle.

The product that arrived is not the same as has been delivered in the past, but instead, has a new dispensing nozzle. The new nozzle is much shorter, so the spray doesn't go as far up the nose as the prior product, which I find less helpful. If this is for safety reasons, please could the manufacturer make one for people with common sense who won't actually try to stuff the entire bottle into their sinuses?

I need a nasal spray that is benzalconium Chloride free as I am allergic to it. This is the only one I can find. A bit strong on the menthol but tha wears off quickly. Good decongestant.

Really liked this product as it clears sinus quick but 2-3 of them didn’t arrive. Seller and I figured that custom was rejecting the item and tracking didn’t work from the sender’s location.

It works fast but it should be mentioned that there is also menthol in it. The first sniff had me in tears.

This UK product says that it is the same ingredients as off the shelf Otrivin (without "e") that is now difficult if not impossible to find in Canada. This is half the quantity, difficult to squeeze with arthritic hands and the stream (not mist) shoots so far and fast into your sinus cavity that it burns and makes your eyes water. Over priced. HOWEVER it helps with nasal stuffiness. Hoping that the lack of Canadian product is just a glitch in production rather than discontinuation of the product or banning of the product Nothing similar available in the USA.
