Axial RC Truck 1/24 SCX24 Base Camp 4x4 Rock Crawler Brushed RTR (Everything Needed to Run is Included) - Blue, AXI-1219T2

This is a great little truck—I got the pink one for $100 on a Black Friday sale. My four kids each have an SCX24, but theirs have lights, and one is a hard body. This one is marginally better at crawling up a slope because of the lower center of gravity. A front tire binds when I reverse and turn hard, and one complaint I have about the controller is that 50% speed is barely slower than 100%. But it's fantastic fun for the price, and micro crawlers are cheap to repair and hardly ever break.

Axial always makes a decent crawler. This one is great. Easy to use. Very straightforward. It's fun and the smaller size of the 1/24 is perfect for many places indoor and outdoor. Easy access to battery and on off switch. This particular set up, the base camp length and width is quite perfect it is well balanced. This is a great first timer or for the seasoned RC enthusiast. Get you one and get crawlin!

Awesome truck good wheelbase for modifications there is lots of upgrades available for this platform. Doesn’t preform the best out of the box but most scx24 don’t especially with the stock tires. I’ve upgraded wheels and tires, motor is now purple injora motor transmission combo, meus nylon axels, injora 40mm shocks and a 99 micro servo with BEC, truck drives awesome now

Axial RC is no a cheap RC brand. They make quality RC cars. It is a bang for your buck. Bought one for my kid, and immediately after trying I ordered a second one for myself. I am now picking up this hobby.

Bought this for my Grand daughter and she loves it. Axial could do a better job on these. I have several of them. First get rid of the Velcro. I installed magnets and they work 10 times much better. Second get rid of the friction shocks and and add oil filled shocks. Not to mention the week motor and servo. But still these are fun to drive. And so many upgrades you can do to them.

Loads of fun!! Great starter crawler! After a while it’s tough not to upgrade literally everything though once you deep dive into the hobby! Still very happy with my purchase and the rabbit hole it is taking me down lol

Used the truck for a couple minutes normally. Charged battery with the supplied battery charger. Charger melted and battery no longer works. Truck works normally with a known good battery.

One of the funnest project builds if you want to add aftermarket parts, but this is a great little truck out the box. It will definitely turn tou into a mini crawler addict right away.
