It is rather difficult to put on by yourself. I fractured my shoulder in 3 places as well as damaging the rotator cuff etc. After they took the plate out I am in a lot of pain but the brace really helps. It gives good support. I'm glad I got it.

It’s ok and does a reasonable job of pulling the shoulder in, and it’s reasonably comfortable. The Velcro on the other hand is pretty weak and came open a few times.

Good to help with shoulder support for ever day use

This is not as shown in the pictures. There are no logos, the lengths are not the same and importantly it doesn't fit. I've not done any weights for a few years now so showing a guy who has done weights wearing one only shows that it isn't an image of the actual product you get. This may be suitable for women or smaller men but cannot be classed as one size fits all. Edit. while I have negatively reviewed this product I was contacted by the supplier who offered another, money back or to wait until a better product came into their lines. The support therefore is 100% positive it was only this one product that was shipped to me. Do not be afraid to purchase as I am sure that if it doesn't fit you, support there will aid you fully

I bought this to support my rotator cuff which wan't working well because of general joint instabiiity stemming from arthritis and EDS. First of all, it absolutely stinks! The material is 100% artificial and anyone the least bit sensitive to smells would probably agree. I persevered though, with windows open! I have a small frame. Dspite being adjustable, ther's just too much material for a small shoulder to properly secure. I will probably have to return this.

This wasn't for me. It transpired a few days later that I had frozen shoulder, definitely not suitable. Caused me more intense pain. But this didn't really fit me, even though adjustable. I have a petite frame and just couldn't get it to go small enough without feeling the bulk of the velcro, which also made it harder for me to adjust. Definitely need the help of another person to adjust if you are small. I would say that the brace is a good quality and has strong velcro. The quality. Was good

Helped with my shoulder bursa problem after a stroke and I was able to put on with one hand. If fix velcro too tight and bending down velcro can become detached so needs stronger velcro. If wear a T shirt ok but if wearing a training vest arm section can be rather uncomfortable after a while if directly on your skin.

If she is 15 years younger you may need to use this after you tear it up. Great support. We all need a little extra help.
