We purchased this for our Fro Yo shop in June of 2024 it failed by Aug of 2024. For the amount of money you spend for this product it is a huge disappointment. I reached out to the seller and got no response. We ultimately just ordered a new unit from another company. I pulled it apart to test continuity of the mail heating element and it failed the test. The main heating element is poor quality. From what I can see the machine is well built and put together, but non of that matters is the main heating element is the part you chose to cut corners on. I was hoping to be able to replace the heating element and it is fixed to the main body of the unit, so that was not an option. So I guess it is a few hundred bucks down the drain. I would spend more and get a unit from a manufacturer that actually cares about the end user customer enough to offer support for their product. Those companies typically don’t cut corners on the part of the product that actually counts. Don’t buy.
