I’m on my third bottle. I used the large bottle in a small bottle and I’m now in another large bottle. So that’s how long I’ve been taking this. I take two scoops of live conscious collagen every morning, except weekends and add a cap full of this. I feel like my very long, but thin hair is not falling out as much. Collagen has mainly helped me with body pain. I think this has made my hair stronger.

Learning about silica. Who knew that it works in conjunction with collagen and vitamin C? In case you want to try this: I put a little EV olive oil, lemon juice, Celtic sea salt, and silica in my chicken bone broth. I try to remember to take vitamin C as well. It’s a great boost.
