Item excellent quality and good value. The screws supplied however are totally inadequate to safely secure a rail through tiles and in to the brick substrate. Given that the prime reason for fitting this product is safety I have used what I believe to be longer and bigger diameter fixings.

Good product and excellent VFM. I purchased a couple of these for my father-in-laws bathroom around three years ago and so far they have been spot on. They are 304 grade ST/ST which isn't as good as 316L marine grade, that said I have seen no sign of any rust at all. I have just purchased a few more for access assistance and they are just as good. They come with a screw driver and spanner which are not much use but is a thoughtful touch. If I have any advice it would be beef up the screws and wall plugs a bit as potentially these could have to support someone's total weight. I would recommend and have purchased twice.

They look good and with all the rain we have had they have stood up well. The reason I've mentioned the rain is that they we're bought to go outside to aid my wife getting out of the garage.
