Cannot find anything I disliked about it, 1st class product at an unbelievable cheap price, easy to fit, Cannot download photo as I am refurbishing room and it’s a bit of a mess. Many Thanks for a fantastic product at a very reasonable price.

This is a good size hatch. As long as you know a bit about DIY then its reasonably easy to install. It suggests a two person install, however I installed this on my own altering the original size of the loft hatch in around 4 hours. Obviously it would be easier with two people.

This is the second one I’ve fitted as I have two roofs. Although the additional fitting kit is a bit expensive it does make the job much more easier. I’ve use the kit on one but not the other. It is very easy to operate and sturdy when in use

Item arrived no trouble and looked to be well packed - we literally had it in place and started to screw it into the hole after opening the ladder and found the wooden splintered as per the pics - nothing we could do as you couldnt see it in the packaging and had already started to screw it in place :( - be very careful if you order one - open it out before you cut a bloody hole and start to fit :( other than that its sturdy

Seems good quality, have not fitted it yet, instructions see like it can be done DIY, time will tell.

Definitely a two person job spent a few hours making opening right size once that's done heavy but easy to install I love how easily I can get in and out of the loft especially now Christmas coming

Item arrived damaged

Over the years as a builder, I have installed many loft hatches. The installation format is basically the same with all. Make sure the hole is square etc.. Installation took the time it takes and after the adjustments to the new loft ladder length, I was impressed how sturdy it is, but what really impressed me was the price! and it was delivered to my door.Brilliant value!!
