Arrived quickly, seem to have made a difference with brain fog and sleep

I'm 53 and tried so many supplements and never thought these would work either. I've noticed a huge change. I now sleep right through the night without waking up every couple of hours. I have so much more energy now and the biggest thing for me was feeling bloated all the time but now I no longer feel or have the bloating. I came across a well advertised supplement which cost around £55 a month which was too much of a financial risk if they didn't work, came across these which have almost the same ingredients, I've been taking these for 2 weeks, my lower hormonal belly has reduced significantly my moods are still a little off but the apron belly is about half the size. I will continue to regularly take them as its the only supplement that's worked try them
