Very effective and has a pleasant taste

So my Uncle came to live with me. He thinks pooping once a week is ok. Um, NOT! He was on Miralax and google that- SO BAD for you!!! I got him doing one or two of these a day and after not going his whole life- hes 85- he now goes daily. Changing the diet some too helps of course but this is ALL he drinks all day. It works. And its not going to give you problems like stuff from the Pharma will. Taste? Not sure. I dont drink it as I dont have a problem :) but Uncle does not complain.

i use this when magnesium ionic citrate does not do the trick. this typically happens when i use methylation products to force my body to detox or use high amounts of probiotics. this camomille does not include the licorice which may or may not affect your blood pressure in this dose or form. i believe the fewer ingredients the better with anything you put in your body so you can monitor its effects. if you are really blocked up you may need a cup in the AM and a cup in the PM. I have recovered from a chronic illness so my body is still calibrating and detoxing. my constipation is likely only matched by those with similar health issues. UPDATE: this started to make me feel weird after taking, dizzy and lightheaded. i noticed my BP was high at last doctor's appointment. I have since done research and senna decreased potassium, thus increased BP. This did happen to me. I have stopped using for occasional constipation and will increase the amount of magnesium citrate I use. i am off the natural calm due to labdoor's findings that it contains unsavory amounts of heavy metals. i tried natural factors' brand which is so expensive for the amount you receive. i am now switching to bulk supplements pure magnesium citrate which receive very high points / review from labdoor. i will review that product after use.

I'm going to tell you, one cup of this tea a night you will he regular forever! Has never failed!

I had constipation after surgery and then on-going after chemo. Nurses told me to use milk of magnesia, senna, colase, etc. They sort of worked, I guess. But then another nurse suggested Smooth Move. I tried it and...wow...the next morning I had three very productive bowel movements each about 30 to 45 minutes apart. I couldn't believe how productive. This happened the first time I used it and again a couple of weeks later. Gave a box to another friend going through chemo and they had the same experience. No cramping. Nothing watery. I'm getting a box for my mom too. This is going to be in my medicine cabinet from now on. And it tastes pretty good before going to bed too. Can't beat that!
