Let me start by saying that I bought this hoping against hope that this might help me. I bought this particular item because of it's very high rating, and it did not disappoint.I've built up a really soft body over the past 10 years being a care taker. My mid section is really bad.When I purchased this product, it lasted just over a week, something went wrong with the power source and it stopped working. I contacted their customer service and they apologized to me about what happened and they sent me out another one and I had it within 2 days. Let me say their customer service is outstanding! Thank you Mike!About the product:The belt itself is good and does stretch a little bit. It could be a little longer, only because of the people who this is geared toward, though there is an extension piece to assist with that. Other than that, the belt is very comfortable to wear.The modes and strength - This is where this belt excels. You will have to find which mode works right for you, I personally like mode 4 and 8. For the strength start very low, because it really surprised me on how strong the pulses were and the first time almost took me down to my knees. Only after about a week I am able to start feeling the results. I will update this review after I use it for about a month straight, so I can give a results driven answer to everyone.This come with a little squirt bottle, you do have to wet the back a little bit before you put it on, otherwise you may not feel anything when you start it up.CON: The only con to this product is you don't know when your battery is running low. You have to guess, there is no meter to let you know.Remember this, while I am saying this is a GREAT item to use if you are trying to get yourself back into shape. But ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, check with you doctor first to make sure this is right for you and you can use the product safely.

I am realistic and know that abs are made in the kitchen, so I bought this for the "lolz" and to just test it out. I was pleasantly surprised. Following the instructions and using the cute little spray bottle that came with the package made all of the difference in getting the stimulator to work. The band is comfortable, and as a former very big boy, I appreciate that they included an extension in the box for larger people to fit the band around them. The stimulator is plug and play really with 10 different modes and a variety of intensities. I found that 1-4 intensity really felt like just a tickle, but around 6-8 I really could feel it, heck I think it was Mode 4 that it made my abs almost seem like they were convulsing! Studies have shown these will provide stimulus to your abs, but definition comes from weight/bloat loss, so you can use this to stimulate the muscles, or for fun.
