Q: Do I have to use filtered water in the 2-in-1 Purify + Humidify?

No you don’t! Thanks to the wick filter, you can use tap water with confidence as it traps minerals & pollutants.

Q: How do you refill the 2-in-1 Purify + Humidify?

First, turn off your device. For top-fill model, gently pour water into the top until it reaches the max fill line. For bucket-fill models, remove the tank, fill it with water, and pop it back in place. Once it’s filled, turn it back on.

Q: How long will the device humidify for?

The humidifier can run up to 48 hours but will vary depending on the mode, room size and temperature.
