This robot vacuum works very well. We are surprised by the amount of dirt it finds. Need to keep cords out of its way, but not too tough once we took care of that the first go round.

Love this vacuum. It does a great job cleaning and mopping. So easy to set up.

I’ve been using it for almost 4 months and I’ve never had such a clean apartment! I am absolutely satisfied with its functionality and how it handles my cats attacks. Sometimes it glitches and stuck somewhere but it’s totally fine with me for the price. It saves a lot of time for me and does its job.

More or less happy with this purchase. Works pretty well. The auto empty seems to not work well anymore. However, that could just be the third party bags I bought. Sometimes it will needless circle kitchen table legs for like 30 mins. Does a good job vacuuming from what I can tell. The mopping is mid at best

Worth the money!

I waited a very long time and researched a lot before making this purchase. We’re have a dog and 5 cats. This machine does a great job getting up the hair, WHEN IT WORKS! I’m selling it because its app is not user friendly and I want a machine I can program and forget about. This isn’t it! It only mops the tile when it wants to. It often gets lost and when you manually program it to do a job, about 75% of the time it cleans the mop pads, moves 3 feet, announces the task is finished and returns to the base. I’d get a robot that has a more user friendly app and can actually do what your programming it to do.

Love this vacuum, easy setup and easy upkeep. The LIDR was spot on and mapped the house very well. My house is larger than the average home so the battery wont allow it to mop and vacuum the whole house in one go. But I also have it on higher settings. I find it does a great job at cleaning, even picking up dog hair and the wife's long hair with ease. We had a carpet that was rather dirty and it sucked everything up with ease. Overall it is able to get into many tight spaces and with the swing arm even get those pesky corners. It has a very sleek design as well and its functionality meets all of our needs.

Ya tenía tiempo queriendo un robot con estas características ya qué tengo desde hace varios años un Xiaomi Mijia 1c y desde ahí siento que son aparatos qué valen mucho la pena. Las funciones qué estaba buscando para hacer el upgrade las tenia este robot, autolimpieza de la basura, autolimpieza y secado de las mopas, multiples pisos, que se pudiera usar liquido limpiador y que tenga buena capacidad para no tener que limpiarlo o rellenar agua durante varios días y todo lo cumple a la perfección. El robot también es muy silencioso así que lo programo temprano y no hace tanto ruido como para despertarnos. Algo qué me gustó de este robot es que una de las mopas tiene extension para llegar a lugares más difíciles y a diferencia de mi anterior robot qué la función de trapeado no era tan buena ya qué solo era un trapo "coleando" el piso, en este caso son mopas giratorias qué el robot regresa a lavar cada ciertos m2 ahora si queda super bien el piso y creo yo indispensable usar detergente para que las mopas queden limpias y no embarren la suciedad, y por cierto al final el robot limpia y seca las mopas y quedan como nuevas Estas características usualmente eran de robots más caros pero ahora mismo tienen un precio bastante bueno poco mas de $10k me costó Super recomendado

Got the product, about a week ago. So far so good, very happy with the Dreame L10s Gen 2. Was a bid sceptic as I did recieve it with it's box already opened, and the safety sticker already pulled off from the charging point on the robot. However the suplier gave a plug adaptor extra in the box (most likely the reason for it being opened) and the robot what charged a bit, so I believe they tested it before shipping. (Therefore the safety sticker removed) besides from those 2 things, it works perfectly and I do recomend this product. I have a huskey like dog who sheds daily and it has no problem cleaning and vacuuming the floor.

So far so good. It was a little frustrating to connect to wifi - due to overlapping fields in the app, and not indicating that you need to scroll...you definitely need to scroll. Once I figured that out, it was smooth sailing. It mapped the area really well. I was cautious with it near the stairs, but it didn't go over. That area shows up as a room, but I've made a do not clean box - so it's all good. Object avoidance is pretty awesome so far, and it's amazing how it knows when it's on carpet and lifts the mop pads. I have 3 dogs, and this will save me a lot of work during the season of mud and wet. I'm loving it so far! Pretty darn quiet. The vacuum really amps up on carpet. The filter catches an insane amount of dust, so definitely be tapping that out at least once a week. It recognizes floor direction (on hardwood) and you can have it follow the floor direction if you want. It's pretty cool to see him extend his little mop pad toward the wall. I've switched out my floor registers (to a flatter, more decorative style) and he cleans around them now instead of trying to go over (which was really hard on the roller). I live in a bungalow so have 2 separate maps. You need to remember to switch the map (in the app) before taking it up or down a floor - or it will get kind of lost, and end up making a new map...which is easy enough to delete. The app took a little getting used to. I discovered that setting a virtual threshold really helps him get up/over things like the terrible transition strip into my bathroom. It's smart enough to go up on the carpet at an angle vs straight on. A couple of negatives. 1)The LIDAR sticks up pretty high, so it can't get under some places you might want it to. 2) I have 'washable' rugs...which are soft and pretty thick...so the mop pads can't get lifted up high enough and will drag on the carpet. Low mats are fine...but the thicker ones get wet. I'm still fiddling with the app to figure out how to keep him off the big rug once the mop pads are wet. I really wish I could change the voice too. 🙂 Other than that, I think this is a great vacuum!

I have many years of experience using robotic cleaners and recently decided to replace my old unit with a new model. It's amazing to get Dreame L10s, and it is an incredibly powerful and reliable cleaning assistant. It performs exceptionally well on both carpets and hardwood floors. While operating, it remains pleasantly quiet and automatically increases suction when it detects carpets, which is very impressive. Another great feature is how pet-friendly it is—my cat isn’t scared of it at all and is actually curious to watch it work. I highly recommend it 100%. It’s an extremely helpful and efficient solution for keeping your home clean.
